Order Cancellation
Once your order has left our warehouse, it’s on its way and can’t be stopped. Double-check your cart. Seriously. Mistakes happen; we’ve learned that the hard way.
Damaged or Defective Products

Ms. Chen received a kit with a coil that wouldn’t fire. She emailed us within 24 hours. Result: replacement shipped the next day—no extra cost.
If your item arrives broken or doesn’t work as expected, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll guide you through an RMA and get a working unit out to you fast.

Exchanges
Prefer a swap? We send out the replacement immediately, at no extra cost. A fresh coil? A different tank color? We’ve got you covered.

- Returns received beyond 14 days
Shipping Costs
We cover outbound shipping for exchanges, but return postage is on you—and will be deducted from your refund. We feel that’s only fair.
